I'll be there from start to finish! Typically we'll meet in an agreed-upon location beforehand (usually a parking lot on base), I'll wait with you before they land, document the big moment of their return, take a few portraits afterwards and we'll part ways from there.

How much photo coverage do these packages offer?

Full homecoming coverage (waiting with you, candids upon landing, and portraits) to document your partner's homecoming.

Great question, because this is almost 100% guaranteed to happen! There are a few precautions I take to make sure your homecoming is documented -

-I block off a few days around your partner's expected return date so that I can easily shift my schedule with their changing return date. This also helps me from rescheduling other client sessions.

-I only take 2-3 clients per squadron / return season so that no double booking happens.

-If it looks like there may be a chance that two of my homecoming clients are scheduled to return on the same plane (on the same day), I do my best to bring an associate photographer with so that both clients are covered.

At the end of the day I'll do whatever I can to make sure it all works out!

What happens if my partner's return date changes last minute?

Inquire through my contact form first! Once we chat - I will pencil your date in (with margin surrounding your day). I'll draft up your contract and invoice, scheduling it to be sent about a week before your partner's homecoming. You'll keep me in the loop on any and all schedule changes.

Sign your contract and pay your invoice before homecoming day. We'll set a time and place to meet on the big day. Feel free to brainstorm any outfit ideas with me at this point too!

AND THEN IT'S HOMECOMING DAY!!! I'll meet you, wait with you and document everything from start to finish
